Sight of Light uses USPS to ship items and a tracking number will be provided

Shipping and handling can take approximately 7-10 business days. Federal and personal holiday may impact shipping

All products are handmade through a delicate process and created in small batch. Please be patient and understanding that handmade items often take longer to create and process compared to manufactured mass-produced items. If there are any delays, it will be communicated

Please verify shipping address prior to submitting your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges on returned packages

If a package states it has delivered, but did not arrive, you will need to contact your local post office

If an order arrives damaged, opened, or broken please notify us immediately and send photos of the damage to jessicastomps@gmail.com

Due to jewelry being handmade and small batch, an exact product replacement is not guaranteed. Damaged, open, or broken packages/items will be resolved by being replaced with a like item or store credit

Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled

Sight of Light makes every effort to provide quality jewelry and other various items to customers. In effort to maintain safe/clean practices, all items are final sale and returns/exchanges will not be accepted

Sight of Light does not issue refunds, but if you are unhappy with an item please reach out and allow us the opportunity to provide a positive experience for you

Jewelry Care

Sight of Light jewelry is not real gold, as it is stainless steel materials that are gold plated or brass

All jewelry, regardless of materials, should be gently cared for

It is recommended to be stored in a cool, dry place to prevent scratches, breakage, or tarnish

Keep away from cosmetics, hair products/sprays, perfume, or water as much as possible, as it may stain jewelry or cause it to turn

Remove jewelry when showering, washing hands, swimming, etc.

Apply perfume/cosmetics/hair products prior to putting on jewelry

To clean jewelry, lightly wipe with a damp, gentle cloth or baby wipe

Hat Care

Resin Care

Resin pieces should be kept in a cool, dry place and out of direct contact with the sun/heat as it can lead to discoloration and warping of the resin

Do not apply cleaner! To clean, gently wipe it with a damp cloth or baby wipe to prevent scratches

All items are handmade, hand painted, or hand designed. Because of this, nothing is the EXACT same. Designs will vary, while they may look similar, there are slight differences. It makes each piece unique and one of a kind!
